Great Books by the Trivium is a cooperative project here at the Co-op applying the skills of the trivium to a study of the great books. Currently seven families are sharing their work.

Our courseware is up and available for use. Watch for course announcements. If you have an interest in offering a course through the Co-op, please contact us! (Classical subjects only, please.)

Who are we?
Classical Co-op is an online cooperative community of classical educators from both the homeschool and private, classical school sectors. We serve self-educating parents & teachers, researchers & curriculum authors, small presses & publishers, and the general public by providing a variety of resources on classical education in an open learning environment.

In addition to providing practical information on teaching materials and methods, we emphasize exploring the ideals and theories of the classical approach, researching more thoroughly into the history and philosophy of education, and engaging in a collaborative effort to recover an "authentic" understanding of the 2500 year old classical tradition for today.

The founders of Classical Co-op, and its most active supporters and participants, are Christians who adhere to the Nicene Creed. We seek Christian classical education for our our students, our families, and ourselves. Everyone is welcome.
